Obsolutely Kombo, You are right. Under the National Reform Accord for Public Mandate, It is fair that Transparency and Accountability for Memorundum of Understanding between Kenya, China and Iran oil deal should be made available to public demand urgently. It is also important that public get the proof of that Trading committment to ascertain fairness of trading practices as per Public Mandate interest gains. It is sad though that leadership by the two Principals acted in haste to engage the Iranian oil into this Trading MoU before consulting Kenya's experts and Professionals. This demonstrated factors of carelessness and irresponsibility in leadership that must be taken to task without dwiddling.
