[wanabidii] ADVICE TO JUDY

Paul Nyandoto,

I can read your frustrations, but things are soo bad in Kenya which requires urgent fixing. The Coalition Government is not able to deliver underlining 4 core value for the Bill of Rights in the legislative Policy enactment. These are the County/Majimbo Bill, The Land Bill, the Finance Bill and The Security/Police Bill.

Today's Kenya's politics is dangerously fragmented, confused and have no direction or focus. Why it is so is because the Present Leadership in the Coalition Government are so deeply corrupt and have strayed from the realistic constitution the leadership swore to uphold. Both Coalition principal partners are lying to public but the truth is both do not want the ICC Hague case to go on. They both planned to sell the Ocampo four, but now it is getting increasingly difficult because the Ocampo four are saying that the masters of 2007/8 conflict are the two Principles, who were the candidates eyeing the top posts and for that reason, they are not going to ICC Hague alone.

This has now become music/ngoma to the ears of Kibaki and Raila. So both are looking for escape route......it is because Ocampo four are not going alone......they are in a fix.

Saitoti for what he already knew, and for him keeping the PNU Party, the idea for Saitoti with Ojode as running-mate was going to an underlying factor and a challenge to both Kibaki and Raila. It is therefore speculated and became very clear that the helicopter could best be used as a fix.

What are Kenyans left with since Kenyans are the Government custodians, they must think, share and plan for Way-forward. It is not a coup but a strategy where Kenya must move from the failed Coalition Government.

Evidence are clear where Raila is urgently seeking funds from USA to enter Kismayu, Kibaki in PNU have his men cutting Police recruitment funds so they can remain with messed up Administration Police, the Kwekwe with "Head of Al-shabaab is in Kenya" which are the illegal criminal groupings.

Are you suggesting we just sit and watch.....! What is wrong with having People's Agenda for Way-forward to challenge the conspiracy of the corrupt and save Kenya a lot of too much pain and sufferings?

For Kenya to remain united at peace under fair share of mutual common interest, a Transitional Caretaker Committee must be formed more or so now that Security leadership of Prof. Saitoti and Ojode is now no more, and because both Kibaki and Raila cannot be relied upon or be trusted; otherwise, a situation worse than that of 2007/8 is looming and the indigenous Kenyans will be wiped out with the "Al-shabaab's head is in Kenya" joined with Kwekwe and Administration Police who are on record for engaging and causing mayhem during 2007/8. This is why I am calling for the International Leadership to step in and help Kenya from loosing more lives in the hands of Kibaki and Raila's irresponsible failed leadership.

Cheers everybody !

Saitoti is gone for ever and who will be next? We human beings are very "funny" animals. We are quick to eulogize somebody even courageously volunteering in carrying the casket to the final resting place while internally thanking ourselves for the "job well done" and wishing the departed soul an RIP!! Mungu si athumani, na malipo ni hapa hapa duniani!!! Ndugu Saitoti was eliminated because he was a potential witness at the ICC among other political reasons. Mungu alze roho yake pahari pema peponi. No wonder why we other Kenyans could dire slaughter and feast from our prey's body parts here in America.

God bless Kenya

TOI

JUDY `nya dala`; sorry i have to say this now:

What is the truest test of human character?. It is probably this: that a person will know how to be patient in the midst of hard CIRCUMSTANCES, and can continue to be personally effective while living through whatever discouragements beset him/her and his/her associates.
I like things which are practical: Let see; Judy is now calling for a transitional government in Kenya. Can anybody good in history tell us how many transitional governments have been formed in the world and under which circumstances?. In Kenya today we have a functioning parliament with ministers, Mps, president, PM etc. We have functioning PC, Chiefs, AG, CJ. How on earth will we achieve this transitional government in kenya. INDIRECTLY; JUDY is calling for a coupe d état. I think that even Koffi Anna will not accept that, since he worked very hard to achieve a peaceful coalition government we have today. OR ; does Judy want kenyans to start jumping in the streets like Egyptians and bring problems, deaths, etc so that international community come to the rescue through a transitional government?. As a physician I would not advice you on this. Do not lose your lives for nothing: African demonstrations though peaceful but are always matched with live bullets and Judy will be still sitting and eating in USA alive.

Another point I would like to advice Judy on is that MOST OF US are already set on a journey and it is very hard to get refund on our ticket we have bought. OUR JOURNEY IS MAJIMBOISM or devolution of power: And the presidential candidate who will promise us MAJIMBOISM or devolution of power will get our votes and support be it moral or financial.

Kenya is set for an election and democratic election: The best thing Judy should now give advice on is; HOW CAN WE GET EFFECTIVE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO MONITOR AND CONTROL ELECTION AND SEE INTO IT THAT SMOOTH & PEACEFUL TRANSITION IS DONE AFTER ELECTION.

All present kenyan presidential candidates or aspirants have problems; they all have advantages and disadvantages. BUT some are having heavier disadvantages than others, so just think hard on who can deliver majimboism. Hyenas will not give you majimboism or status quo will not give us majimboism. I hope NEP, Coastal, Western, nyanza etc want majimboism; In fact even Turkana want majimboism now.

President Kibaki led a high-powered Government delegation to pay last respects to late Internal Security Minister Prof George Saitoti during his funeral service in Kitengela.
Speakers at the ceremony eulogised Prof Saitoti as a friend, advisor, dependable right hand, effective leader, and a statesman. Messages of condolence have been received from Pope Benedict XVI, current and former presidents, diplomats, politicians, scholars and ordinary citizens.
Prof Saitoti who perished alongside his assistant minister Joshua Orwa Ojodeh, two pilots-Captain Nancy Gituanja and Captain Luke Oyugi, two police officers Inspector Joshua Tonkei and Sergeant Thomas Murumi, in a helicopter crash a week ago has been laid to rest in his Kitengela farm Saturday.
Friends, family and country remember a complicated man who was "no angel", but did his duty until his dying day, earning respect for his sacrifice.
As Kenya pays its last respects to former Vice-President George Saitoti, 67, the true scale of his service and the nation's loss continues to unfold.
Thousands of Kenyans who are shocked at his demise trooped to his Kitengela home to join his family and friends in giving him a heroic send-off after decades of political service.
"The loss of Prof Saitoti has been a painful experience for me," President Kibaki said, describing the departed leader as "a personal friend to whom I entrusted (some of) the most crucial dockets in Government."
Praising Saitoti's sense of decorum and careful public manner, the President said he took solace in the knowledge he leaves behind a rich legacy. "I will always be thankful for the competent manner he implemented the policy of Free Primary Education that has remained very close to my heart since we introduced it nine years ago," he said.
Prime Minister Raila Odinga described Saitoti as a patriot who he had an MoU with on politics. He recounted how he talked him into 'Kibaki Tosha' deal.
"Let us all like Saitoti put Kenya first as a way of respecting him. Let us not disturb peace at campaigns this time round," House Speaker Kenneth Marende said.
Former President Moi said Saitoti was capable of higher leadership. He said he was a patriotic performer who never preached tribal politics.
Moi urged the Government to speed up investigation into the crash to remove any doubts of cause of death.
Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete sent special condolence message to Kenya and Saitoti family read at the funeral service. The dean of EU diplomats in Kenya paid tribute to Saitoti and commended his efforts on war on terrorism.
"Saitoti is gone but imbibe his manners. Next president must bring in sense of unity among Kenyans," Former Ghana President Jerry Rawlings said, thanking Moi for identifying Saitoti and fishing him out of class into leadership.
